My Educational Philosophy
I believe that all children, no matter what their nationalities, backgrounds, and languages are, are capable of learning and contributing to society when education provides enough support and guidance to them. The role of education is to create a safe, caring school environment that appreciates and respects the diversity of individuals and groups; and that increases the learning experience and maximizes achievement for all students, including students with disabilities. The role of educators is to provide efficient instruction and assessment to students so that they develop their potentials and social-interactive skills. Also, educators must work with parents, caregivers, communities, and business as partners to fully support students’ learning and development. Thus, students must graduate from school with a comprehension of the role of the technology in society and be prepared to integrate their potentials and social-interactive skills efficiently into jobs and careers in the twenty-first century.
